2 cases of Ebstein´s Anomaly

Abstract
|

|
Ebstein´s anomaly of the tricuspid valve was first described by W. Ebstein in 1866. It accounts for approximately 1% of all congenital heart defects. The basic anomaly of this disease was characterized by a downward displacement of the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle due to anomalous attachment of the tricuspid leaflets.
Recently we experienced typical cases of Ebstein´s anomaly in 8 years old male patient and 1 year old female patient. We reported this 2 cases with a brief review of related literature.
